This outdated home required a complete retrofit and expansion. A new master bedroom suite/recreation room wing was added to the left while a new attached garage wing with bedroom above was added to the right. The existing Kitchen, Living, Dining, and Entry were opened up, creating an inviting entrance while capturing the beautiful valley views.
